Hi all. What advice is everyone with SVT following to stay safe?

Pretty much just following Gov advice, still shopping though maintaining a close family bubble. What has proved more difficult to handle has been moving around in the extreme heat we've had, slightest exertion triggers palpitations of all sorts! I'm on 5mg of Bisoprolol but VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! BEST WISHES.
