It sounds like your Bisoprolol dose may need reducing a little, but I'm not medically qualified. Suggest that you speak to your GP to see what he or she thinks.

I was on 5mg Bisoprolol and had a resting heart rate of 39-44 bpm, and was falling a sleep all the time. I mentioned this to my GP and he reduced then to half (2.5mg). I have just had my annual review and the Cardiologist noticed that my heart rate was very slow following the ECG and has now cut the dose to 1.25km and told me to stop them altogether if my resting heartrate stays low.
Since the dose had been reduced I no longer feel the tiredness that I had before.
We are not medically qualified on here but I suggest you get back to your GP or Cardiologist and have a word.
