You should see a cardiologist this is probably Tachycardia! For a quick fix try blowing hard through a straw. Or more drastically sitting down with someone there and apply pressure with 2 fingers to the carrotted artery ( the big vein in the right side of your neck) you may go dizzy hence sit down and not alone but this is a very quick reset and should go from 130 to normal very quickly. But still seek medical advice there is a lot that they can do. An ablation has completely cured mine used to go up to 180+ for no reason! Good luck
