Hi I'm a 42 year old mum of two. Busy lifestyle, full time demanding job. Love eating out with friends and family.

Should have added... Have had Ectopics for 3 years after a stressful house move. Trying to cope with them after having loads of heart tests (all negative). But recently struggling as they've returned with a vengeance. I don't feel stressed - they happen when I'm least stressed! But when they do they drive me mad. You can't help but worry. I get a lots of chest and upper back pain with them. Looking for reassurance constantly!

Well you can have some more from me. If it's all been checked out and continues much the same then there is nothing more to be done and obviously worrying makes it worse.

Thanks for the reassurance. Just frustrating that the periods of symptoms don't seem to coincide with anything particularly stressful. Just randomly arrive!

Sorry to hear this. In my experience unexpected and something that you can't pin down by looking backwards though sometimes I find you need to think back 24 to 36 hours.

Thanks Peter. That's interesting. Will try to think back when symptoms get worse.
