Zhou might try googling Ecg images which should lead you to lots of helpful web sites better to go to a doctor though, you just end up scaring yourself

Yes, it certainly looks like sinus tachycardia (but otherwise normal) – and it's not terribly fast, less than 100 beats per minute. So now we ned to see if the rate suddenly jumps from one rate to another (which suggests an abnormal function of the sinus node) or smoothly speeds up and slows down (which is the pattern when the SN is responding to the nervous system that controls it). The planned heart recording should tell us that.
It's VERY important that while you have the recorder running you keep an exact diary of the times you feel your heart going too fast, when you get symptoms of faintness etc. and what you are doing at the time – using the clock on the recorder. Then the ECG can be accurately correlated with what is happening.
