I am asking for help regarding this result

trivial aortci, tricuspid and mitral val regurgitation.

I also have these the rest and photos of swelling lower limbs every week to 10 days stay up for 4 days plus have to keep feet up

normal. Normal LV wall thickness. The LV systolic

function by ejection fraction is globally moderately

impaired (EF 44% by Simpson's Biplane). Normal LV

longitudinal systolic function. Average global

longitudinal systolic strain by 2D echo is within

normal range (- 17%). Doppler parameters indicate

normal diastolic function.

Right Ventricle: The right ventricular cavity size is

normal. Normal right ventricular longitudinal

systolic function (TAPSE 2.0cm). Preserved RV radial

systolic function by visual estimation.

Left Atrium: Normal left atrial size

Right Atrium: Normal right atrial size

Aortic Valve: The aortic valve is tricuspid with thin

and mobile leaflets. No evidence of aortic stenosis.

Trivial aortic regurgitation.

Mitral Valve: The mitral valve leaflets are mildly

thickened with preserved mobility. Trivial mitral

regurgitation.

Tricuspid Valve: The tricuspid valve leaflets are thin

and mobile. Trivial tricuspid regurgitation.

Pulmonic Valve: The pulmonic valve leaflets are thin

with good mobility. There is no obvious pulmonic

regurgitation.

ASD/VSD: No evidence of interatrial communication by

color flow doppler analysis.

IVC: The inferior vena cava is of normal size (<2.1cm)

and is seen to collapse >50% with inspiration

(consistent with RA pressure of 3mmHg).

Pericardium: Small rim of Echo free space by RV free

wall may represent a rim of effusion or pericardial

I be great full for advice please Gp no help I also put photos of how bad lower limbs swelling is

Thank you

I think there's more to this than heart valves and LVF, which sound reasonably ok to me. Why is the GP of no use? This is their job. Alternative is to call 111. See nhs.uk/conditions/oedema/

Hi thank you cliff for your reply I don’t understand what you mean by there’s a lot more to do with this heart valves

I don’t mean that in a rude way at all but maybe this will help you more

I am on heart medication for dilation hospital said I was so lucky as it happened while I was having a angiogram they actually sprayed GTN up the tube while in my heart been on that for years but they never told me or my GP what the name is for this I have angina but the 2./3 years been having pains in chest also severe lower limb’s swelling with heart flattering ambulance come told me that swelling was so bad I had to go hospital right away they done ECG that showed changes with pain and odd beating I can’t lay down flat and now have trouble walking up stairs to bathroom also on ECG showed SAVS but I regally get tightness in chest and sometimes chest pain that goes into shoulder and my throat goes all funny like it’s got a cramp like feeling I was told that the echo I had done in 2019/2021 showed problems but only in one place and pressure of blood output to lungs was not normal but GP never referred me to cardiology I wanted to know if anyone could let me know what will the HF do for valves and inpaired something and fat pod if you could help with advice on what do they do for these valves please I be so great full GP don’t care
