Ive been experiencing a feeling of numbness, pins and needles from my right elbow to my hand , it starts very gradually the underside of my arm i think it starts in the elbow and travels along the underside in to my wrist, hand & in particular the little finger & ring finger. I used to get it it whenever i was holding a cup or glass, whilst sat down. More recently ive felt it when just being relaxing sitting in lounge. I also will say my elbow is always bent with my arm across me. It is driving me mad & im a little concerned. I also get numb patches from time to time on my legs, & sudden cold feelings like running cold water is on them .

I suffer with nerve problems in my back / hip area and have taken a nerve blocker Pregabalin for more than 10years.

Trying to get a GP apt is a wait of more than 6 weeks unless an emergency which i do not believe this is. any one with any clue of what could possibly be causing all this i would greatly appreciate your reply.

Thankyou Carol
