Help nauseous!

Had total hysterectomy Monday. Home now and nausea is awful. Feeling so yucky. Any recommendations? Could it be trapped wind? Feel very bloated too. Just want some relief.

Call your Dr he can give you something for the nausea...if you are taking prescription pain meds they could be the reason! Always eat something before taking them...if no appetite have a piece of toast...hope this helps you ❤️

Also get some gas x pills for the bloating...it will help with the gas...and of course walking helps also ❤️

Took a Windeeze tablet. Nausea still bad after that. Think it was pressure build up from not going to toilet ( No.2’s) and not moving enough. Rang Specialist nurse abs she said take ‘Laxido’ which I did. Relief followed very soon after. Great stuff. Feeling so much better. Surprised they didn’t give me any after operation.

Anyway feeling better! 🙂

So glad you are feeling better ❤️ Continue with the Windeeze daily and do not go longer than 3 days without a bowel movement...take the Laxido when you need too ❤️👍🏼👍🏼😘
