I had a total hysterectomy 13yrs ago then had a bowel obstruction had very bad adhesions now having severe cramping pelvic pain n back hurts

That sounds absolutely awful for you - I would ask to be referred to a specialist who can look at what's going on - scar tissue can be very painful but after 13 years it should have diminished!! It could be something like a nerve trapped during the op? I had a very minor op - removal of a cyst - 4 years ago and still get intensely sore twinges from the spot every day... Do have your GP refer you so you can get as much help as possible.
