Which is your biggest meal of the day?
Single choice poll
I only eat between 4 and 10pm. Have a sandwich at lunch and cooked meal between 7 and 9pm.
Brecci, bran or porridge oats, sandwiched about two, then dinner about six.
Normally have cereal in the mornings and then a sandwich at lunchtime and then a meal after work
I, until recently, used to eat once or maybe twice a day. Now with my new dietary requirements and meds I need to eat 3 times a day.
I have tried to work on it so that I eat a large breakfast if I am heading into the nearest town for the day as I won't get lunch or a larger lunch if I am going to be doing a lot before dinner. If I am just having a normal day, I try to balance it between lunch and dinner.
I make sure I have OTees daily for breakfast. My husband and I then eat a main meal at night.
Dinner, I enjoy "proper food" and think of breakfast as just something dull and boring that I do to give me enough energy to concentrate etc
Enjoying the variations everyone has
Dinner is usually my biggest meal, but I've been working on making my breakfasts and lunches a bit bigger/more rounded. Dinner is still my biggest meal though - I have more time to cook in the evenings.
Dinner is my biggest meal of the day as me and my family eat together in the evening, as I call it "Family Time".
I know they say it's best to eat like a king for breakfast a queen for lunch and a pawn for dinner. But I like having my Bio and Me Cereal / Porridge in the morning to start the day with but to each of their own.
Great poll and a great way to start a conversation.
Can't wait for your next Poll.
I'm never hungry in the morning, so my first meal is around noon and it's usually my biggest meal. I go for protein and prepare, for instance, a tofu scramble with loads of veggies, a protein smoothie with fresh fruit, or a bean and rice burrito with greens. I enjoy a vegan diet.
