Hi Hidden ,

Great poll!πŸ˜€

I picked fish and other because I was thinking of having tuna for lunch that day, but not sure yet what to have with it.πŸ˜€πŸ‘

love the idea of noddles !!

Another goid poll Jerry.

I eat grapes most days. I chose other as well as I'll probably have porridge with nuts and seeds for breakfast, possibly a toasted sandwich for lunch and nut roast again in the evening. I love my home made nut roast.πŸ˜‹

Thanks Alicia, this all sounds great to me as does your nut roast, I'm so pleased that a plant based diet is working for you. πŸ˜€

Mushroom omelette, lovely! With some coleslaw on the side. No potato as I’m on low carb.

In Scotland, it's a tradition to have steak pie on New year's Day, so that's what we're having! We're getting a gluten free one though :)

Is there a special type of cake for New Year’s Day you like eating?

If I had to pick a cake, I would like to have a fruit cake, but no bananas or oranges (unless they are mandarin)!πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Cake every day sounds great, fruit in cake doesn't sound bad either, how are the carbs in your cakes??

Hi Hidden

I think your poll influenced my food choice for New Year's Day - I chose Pork Goulash - it was very tasty - New Year's Eve I had some with black rice and sprouts:

and New Year's Day I had the remainder with some pasta and sprouts. It was lovely.

Happy New Year everyone.

Thank you Zest, your pork goulash looked really good to me. 😊
