I love peaches after my sister in law came over from Australia and made a peach crumble once. That was a few years ago and it was so delicious. Peaches and cream the best combination.
Persimon fruit (Sharon fruit) I love the soft middle and crunchy shell!
Oh wow, yes, I'd forgotten about this. When they are at perfect ripeness they're astonishing.
And then there's a ripe fig picked off my tree (in Derbyshire!)
I've never had one of those, I must look out for one, and try it.
This is a long overdue reply but something you need to know.
It is essential that Sharon fruit have a bit of 'give' to them before you eat them. If you eat an under-ripe one you will never have another because they have such a strong astringent effect in your mouth and are HORRIBLE! Wait until they are softer and they are wonderful!

I grow my own Strawberries in garden. Love finishing work in the summer & getting stuck in.
Goes with summer
What happened to cherries...my very favourite x
I think there's some sort of definition of 'Summer fruit' (and apples count as 'Autumn fruit') so it won't be surprising if the berries win it!
Cherries (fresh and warm off my tree!)

I love all fruits but have a couple of oranges everyday.
Well done with the oranges, you are maintaining your vitamin C intake which is so important. I found an interesting article about this which you might like to read: healthscams.org.uk/vitamin-... I especially liked the comment at the very end of the article. For me it said so much.
I love all summer berries on porridge for breakfast. In the winter I buy frozen berries which are almost as good, until summer comes around again and the lovely fresh berries are back xxx
I would also have chosen all the berries.
It has to be giant figs from Asia as big as apples.
Had to pick strawberries as a favourite summer fruit because I love them but they are pretty tasteless the rest of the year. Grapefruit is however my all year favourite I eat two or three a week all year round.
I love nectarines and peaches, but also blueberries...but then again raspberries and strawberries are very nice..basically, berries mixed together are great.
melons
British strawberries. Some years are better than others for taste.& texture. Had some fairly good tasting ones this evening from online delivery. I quite like fresh home grown Raspberries straight off the stalks as well. They go very nicely with Blackcurrant jelly, with or without 1 fluid oz of port as a special occasion treat in the winter.
Hard to pick just one but I went with pineapple because I do love it and it's good for arthritis!
"Pineapple: This popular tropical fruit contains immune-boosting vitamin C. It also provides a key enzyme called bromelain, which is chock-full of anti-inflammatory substances that can help reduce joint swelling linked to rheumatoid arthritis (RA). " from healthmoniter.com
The berries, especially blackberries and blueberries, also get my vote just cause they're yum!!
I have already commented above but you too might find an article I recommended about vitamin C. healthscams.org.uk/vitamin-...
Along with Bananas!
The fruits that bring us most pleasure are rhubarb and gooseberries. We harvest them from our garden as they arrive and freeze as much as possible for the winter. The both make delicious crumble with just a little sugar in the crumble. We do buy Apricots from a local grower; these we freeze for the winter when fresh fruit is in short supply.
Cherries 🍒
I love most fruits but blueberries and cherries are my favourites.
blackberries pack more punch than any other fruit.
Raspberries, strawberries and blueberries - I love all berries! I really enjoy the other fruits too - we're so lucky to have so many delicious fruits to try.

hi jerry i cant believe grapes are not on the list i'v eaten 3 boxes this week. oh no dont tell me grapes are on the list as i'v looked 3 or 4 times. thanks grace.
Hi Grace you're right its difficult because we have 7 options + other and I'm surprised how few people chose oranges and mandarines, so I'm sorry that grapes were omitted but we still have autumn and winter fruit polls to come... 😊
I love grapes for car journeys too.
Everything EXCEPT: bananas, regular oranges and grapefruit since I can't eat them because of health reasons/interactions with medications.
