I enjoyed cliff-path walking yesterday, and saw quite a few flowers along the way.

Glad it was a good walk. It's been foggy and damp here all day today and quite cold, I'm looking forward to some sun which looks like we're getting next week.

We had the grandchildren overnight and they were really good but they've gone home now.

Yes, very foggy and grey here, and I didn't get out today for any walking, but I've just finished doing one of those 30 minute 'fast walking' u-tube videos (Leslie Sansone's one) and I feel really good for doing that! I'm definitely going to do those, when it's not great weather outside.

Glad to hear you enjoyed having your grandchildren overnight - I bet it's quiet again now they've gone back home!

They were so good and slept well, such good girls and growing up so fast.👧👧. Oh it's very quiet now.😉
