I had a lovely walk this morning up to this waterfall in Ambleside. Great to hear the sound of the water crashing below.

Thought the waterfalls would be good. We were there in June and everywhere in the Lakes was suffering from lack of water, oh how things change.

A fab photo.

We were here in May last year and we have definately noticed there are more waterfalls and fast flowing rivers and streams at this time of year. It’s rained nearly all day and been quite dark. Love it! 🙂 was lovely yesterday and tomorrow will be fine again. 🚶‍♀️

You can't beat a good waterfall. I have to say I love the long days, this isn't my favourite time of year but I still love to get out. 🚴‍♀️
