Thought the recently published book, 'Finding yourself after Stroke' maybe of interest to all who have been impacted by Stroke. This is a collection of 26 stories of courage and resilience by young Stroke survivors, compiled by Letisha Living. Also a young Stroke survivor. Available from amazon.com, in kindle or paperback.

This sounds like a good resource book, that can be dipped into anytime. Not too heavy and not too light. And it has received excellent reviews.

Hello E, all is good. Thanks for asking. And I don't need to ask about your knee. But I will anyway. I guess you are still awaiting to receive treatment for your knee? 😐

I actually had a text out of the blue for an appointment in 2 weeks time (waited 4 months so lost my temper last week when phoning again, only to be told 'Be patient' and that the walk in clinic at local hospital wouldn't be an option so not to waste my time).

Thanks for remembering C 😑. Take care, and love to you & Artie. Xx
