I am sorry for poor typing. I  have a Neurology appt. I wonder if someone might possibly have had help after brain injury from an nhs hospital with:

not diagnosed: non-automatic breathing, thermoregulation, since abi 19 years ago

suspected sunct / clustet headaches since 2021

diagnosed by nhs: migraines triggered by exertion, movement,  exercise and light induced migraines, (especially artificial led lights or bright sunlight), onset tbi/ rta 19 years ago

also since tbi/ rta 19 years ago neck pain

would like botox and  neck pyhsio for migraine

gamma core and oxygen for cluster hradache

some help especially at night with non automatic breathing, does anyone have a sleep apnea machine, but may be not the right help

and to know if non automatic breathing can be helped, I wake up gasping for air in the night, but also in the day I seem to stop breathing.

also I am not sure how long this has been going on, as I have only measured oxygen levels since getting an oximeter, and I only check about 3 month intervals , I check very infrequently,  when I do my heart rate rate is often 40/50 bpm, and my oxygen since Spring 2020 are 92-97 but I am not fainting or dizzy and I am less tired now) gp not concerned as I am not fainting etc.

I'm not sure about the overall problems you are experiencing, but your pulse rate and sats look to be within normal in range. I would suggest that you take Headway up on their offer. Take care.
