Brain zaps. It’s rare but last night it happened and was followed by crippling naseua and dizziness for about two hours. Could barely stand and laid in bed for two hours until it went away. Ive never been on any sort of anti depressant. Has anyone experienced these with nausea and dizziness?

A few questions Flower :-

1) I presume you've talked about this with your Doctor ; have you had a diagnosis ?

2 Can you describe the 'Zaps' and do you have any history of brain injury or epilepsy ?

3) Do the attacks ever include headaches ?

I hope the awful symptoms have abated now m'dear and you're feeling much better. Best wishes, Cat x

Hi

I have experienced all of the above but only when I have been changing medication.

I occasionally get an electric shock feeling down my face when weight training.

Spoke to neurologist about it and he said it’s nothing to worry about!?
