Fast!!!!!! I don't think so, quick story here so no falling asleep!! when I was admitted to hospital I went in a pretty lean 13St at my most serious illness stage I was 9 stone 5 I think.....roll forward 4 weeks....back up to 13 St 12!! I gained over a stone a week....I was damn buff too lol.

Ok I'll reveal a secret....I live in what's like a country lane, got cows opposite and evryfing mooooooo.

Anyway best bit is I'm only about 500 yards from parkway rail station AND Sainsbury who do take away curry on the deli counter....kaboooom decision made!
