I think I know now but darned if I can get his name out of my confused grey matter. I can see him, I can hear him but dambed if I can name him. Sure I've got some of his records.

I've recommended both Cats and Michael_e replies of Bruce Lee but also thought of the other more recent martial artist Jet Lee but height of hairdo suggests more toward Bruce Lee.
