Are you thinking of the actress who plays Thelma in the film 'Scooby Doo'? It is not her. Actually, I don't even know who plays Thelma, I haven't seen 'Scooby Doo' yet.

Thanks Matt xx your right I should 'duh' myself. How are your Headway meetings go? Do you go to support ones with family? My is 25 miles away people say how good Brightom one is and is chaired by BI person

The Headway meetings are going well, thanks :). I go to the meetings on Friday mornings but I go on my own. My Dad drives me to them and drops me off. I don't use any support groups with my family.
In February, I think. I will be going to a confidence course that Headway are setting up.
I have been to one before but it must have been about 5 or 6 years ago.
Your nearest meeting is 25 miles away! It is a shame there is not one close by. My main local Headway centre is Headway Portsmouth and SE hants. To drive to it would be about 30 mins from where I live. Fortunately they have drop-in/outreach centres near by and they have one in Gosport which is a where I go on Friday's.
