Anyone else experiencing this

Hi for the last 3 months I’ve been experiencing soreness and aches in my shoulders the muscles down my arms under my ribs especially after tea. So weak and tired frequently having to get up at night to urinate. Literally have to drag myself around the house and discomfort around my left groin and leg and a dull ache in my lower back, been referred to c a specialist and to have a ultrasound scan within two weeks , was just wondering has anyone else had this and had a diagnosis?
