Hello
I can totally understand how you must be feeling, the time leading up to my diagnosis was the worst. I was very anxious, couldn’t sleep all I could think about was I’m going to die.
I want to reassure you your team will act fast, once you have a diagnosis will come up with a plan of care.
I kept my self busy as much as possible, I know this is difficult but worrying doesn’t change things or speed anything up. Hopefully you have family/ friends who will support you.

Hi there,
Thank you for your message. We're so sorry to hear you're feeling worried. This is of course totally understandable - hearing that further investigation is needed can be very upsetting and so it's absolutely normal to fear the worst and not be able to think about much else. When you have your next appointment or get your results from said appointment, please do get in touch with us on nurse@eveappeal.org.uk if you have any questions about what next, what the results mean etc.
Best Wishes,
The Ask Eve Team
