And the doctors are unwilling to give you a diagnosis? Get a second opinion. Are you experiencing insomnia?

Im seeing a thyroid specialist atm which has stopped all meds for 3 weeks to see if symptoms subside but unfortunately i have had flu during this time so unsure where symptons are at, i see him again on wed? Have 2 more days off meds then bloods on mon, also testing a heap of female hormones on mon aswell, but was originally on 75mg levo for past 4 years, prior 10 years on 50mcg, never had any issues until after b12 injections in jan which suffered horendous side effects, taken months to recover but last 3 months or so been having heart palpitations, sweating on awaking in morning, tremor feeling in legs like buzzing, pins and needles in arm and hands during night, bad nervousness, bad fatigue and emotions all over the place, have also lost 8 kilo since may last year, since stopping meds i have noticed nerves have settled , and right hand not shaking as much but still have had odd heart palp, like i said hard to tell as been sick, definitely need to be back on meds though as have hashimotis, recent tests also showed my antibodies have reduced to 400? Its like b12 injections have thrown my whole system out?

It's possible, it sounds like you're fluctuating between hypo and hyper though I don't know much about hasimotos though because I have graves I take 150 thyroxine but I had mine taken out. I'm sorry you're going through all this it must be really distressing for you.

TSH 1.86 ( 0.40 - 4.00 )

FT4 17 ( 10 - 20 ) last month was 18.2

FT3 5.1 ( 3.5 - 6.5 )

TPO 427 < 35

AUG LAST YEAR ANTIBODIES WAS 1300

Im wondering if maybe a swing going on aswell, was reluctant to stop meds but only way of telling. Will be back on starter dose in few days then see specialist but i truly think the b12 has upset balance somewhere as never had an issue before having the injections, my store levels were low but active b12 was within range, my serum iron also haved from prior to injections was 16 then 4 months later was 8.6, never had an issue with iron either, so hoping to get answers soon as not been a good year, just glad i managed to get through the flu aswell as 3 weeks of meds.
