I am needing some advice as I’m feeling really down about my months worth of weight gain and seemingly last blood test results have me at normal maybe slightly on the borderline of going to hypothyroidism

I’m just at a loss what to do and I’m scared to eat as it upsets me that I will put in more weight but seem to have my appetite although occasionally things tasting weird at the moment.

Someone please help me feeling sad

Hi Lisa31sw

I have the same problem I look at food and gain weight, i was in my doctors surgery the other day when I noticed a 12 week weight management course for free. Maybe we’re you live try your local library and see if they have anything like that, I have tryed a diet before I new what was wrong but nothing happened, I have bought books off the internet because doctors are useless, I am considering a personal trainer and yes costly but if I see them once a month and get nutrition advice that will help me feel better about my self and I pray I will loose weight I will try anything x
