Thank you to all who attended the patient conference at the weekend. It was a pleasure to welcome all. We trust that attendance was beneficial, informative and enjoyable. We had a range of medical speakers all of whom have a special interest in Gorlin Syndrome and patients who shared their particular stories.
The children had fun in the creche allowing parents the opportunity to concentrate on the content of the day and to share their experiences with others in a similar position. I think I can safely say that the social element of the event is always a 'hit' with everyone who attends and this involved spending time over dinner and in the bar in the evening. Don't think there were too many sore heads the following morning.
