Hi Sharon. Macmillan may be your best bet for financial assistance. Not sure what your circumstances are but NHS has a Low Income Support Scheme for help with healthcare costs. It is worth checking out at nhs.uk/NHSEngland/Healthcos... It may be worth checking about travel costs with the consultant treating you too.
