If it says gluten free I would try a small portion first. I react to some corn and sometimes to the barley malt that is added to some cornflakes. Better to be safe than sorry!

Hi Ian67, I too have found that cornflakes and tortilla chips (even if marked 'gluten-free') don't sit well with me...I'm steering clear of them for now. But by all means, try a small portion and see how you get in, you may be fine with the cornflakes! Good luck! :)

These do not have malt added and are naturally gf so they should be OK unless you have an issue with corn but you wouldn't have bought them then!

In my opinion these are much preferable over the cheap supermarket ones with low levels of malt.

So give them a go, that's my 2p's worth.

I have been eating them for about a year every day and had no reaction at all, but again try a small portion first.
