Nestle do corn flakes and honey flakes. They tend to be in with the ordinary cereal and are big boxes at a good price. They taste as good as ordinary as well (as far as I can remember ordinary tasting). There are also some corn puff cereals that I like but I can't remember who makes them.

I mix Eat Natural's Buckwheat toasted muesli with Whole Earth GF Cornflakes. Currently both available in Morrisons Free From area

My fave I keep going back to is Mesa Sunrise by Natures Path. It's like cornflakes, but much tastier with a variety of gf wholesome grains. Can get from Tesco and most supermarkets. Not cheap, think it's £3 a box, but worth it in the scheme of things.

Hi.

I usually have Doves Farm Fibre Flakes and Asda free from corn flakes (they have some vitamins in, unlike most GF cereal.)

I like reeses cereal, not good for you, but I can sit and eat them out the box. Similar to the corn cereal but peanut butter flavour and available from ocado or amazon

Hi. I just tried GF Cheerios for the first time yesterday and had no problem. Yay! Also eat cereal from Erewhon. I am also DF so I really have to read labels. Good luck. Oh also Rice Chex.

Rice Krispies but not Kellogg as they have sugar coating and something else reactive. Not sure where sugar comes from, could be what is reacting. So just avoid and try something else. Try them all, as your diet will be different.

Try own Brand krispies may have less toxicity. Trial and error should find a suitable breakfast cereal. In UK you could buy just puffed rice without any additives.

or alternatively try scrambled egg in a microwave or fresh fruit for a change.

Have fun reading all the labels on cereal boxes.

You can make your own too. Just wish I knew what Mom did for granola bars/cereal. Experiment!! Have you gone to your GF shelf in a store and looked for the other hot cereals than mentioned? I know Bob's Red Mill had something which was good. Possibly a few but one I really liked.
