Is it normal to get gluten nightmares after exposure? If I make a small mistake, I usually end up with nightmares. anyone else gets this?

oh I wonder, I hadn't thought about it. I do know that if I get 'glutened' apart from being very sick I am extremely tired for a day or so..

Same here. Foggy mind, the works. Bloat and look 9 months preggies followed by a nightmare. So strange. I hate gluten storms x

I don't get nightmares but I do get a noticeably higher level of anxiety - I get very worried about stuff, which I don't now otherwise. I became a lot more cheerful when I became gluten free!

Not nightmares exactly, but I feel more anxious and my sleep is often disturbed and unsatisfying .... which is strange because I am also very tired and desperate to go to sleep.
