I was initially diagnosed with thickened corneas in the late 1990s - then had a vitreous detachment in 2009 and diagnosed with Fuchs plus Glaucoma suspect with early stage cataracts - was treated with Cosopt until I moved areas in 2021 - since then I’ve had different diagnoses from a hole in my macula to full blown glaucoma - only thing constant has been the Fuchs. I know my eyesight is deteriorating- I trip over curbs/my dogs and have contrast sensitivity - SpecSavers say changing my lens will make no difference. Three months ago the specialist told me my macula is ok - I have Fuchs and Glaucoma along with cataracts and told me to contact DVLA - he changed drops to Trusopt and Lantrapost - I’m struggling

I have a Fuchs disease but it's Fuchs Iridocyclitis and I'm assuming yours is a different one - Fuchs Dystrophy?
