Hello. Tiopex and Cosopt are brand names. Tipoex contains timolol and Cosopt is a combination drop of dorzolamide + timolol. Only use the drops as prescribed by your eye specialist. If you are not sure which one you should be using and when you should be using it, please call the eye secretary at the hospital to find out some more information.

Hello, As both named drops contain Timolol, I would not have thought you should be using both brands in the same eye, please check with your consultant or hospital secretary. I am currently using Cosopt in my right eye following surgery and different drops in my left unoperated eye! It can get very confusing.
