To weeks ago I posted this:
Licence revoked - DVLA said appointment wasn't attended, but it was!

My dad had to resit the test that week because DVLA weren't happy with how Specsavers did the test. Thanks to God and thanks for all your help, he passed and we got the letter today saying his full licence is back. It's been five months since his diagnosis. It's been overwhelming, but I'm so glad that I found this group. It's comforting to know that you're here. Thanks for the DVLA email address you shared!
After all the praying and panicking, this horrible period is finally over. Now all we can do is pray and keep up the eye drops. His eye pressure had dropped during his last check-up.👍
This matter should've been over by mid-April! I can't believe that Specsavers messed up like this. DVLA didn't send any letters to us, which didn't help either. They were silent for 3 months and then pulled his licence without any warning. My dad is angry about what happened and would like to lodge a complaint. What do you think? Who do we complain to?
