I have started using Collide silver to alleviate irritation I suffer using Glaucoma meds. I also use Optaze heat mask and wipes. I was using Hylo drops but get more relief using Collide silver. Any opinions?

Interesting. We have used colloidal silver in past for infections -we are much into natural remedies v drugs. Not thought of it for eyes though- just Googled and seems good re infections etc.
Interested to hear how you get on and whether you will use permanently.
Hi. If you are using eye drops with preservative in them, it may help to ask for the preservative free drops. Please do check with your eye specialist about using the Collide Silver eye drops, to get their opinion. Hylo tears are different in the fact that they help lubricate the surface of the eye.

Thanks Helen, I have contacted the Glaucoma team with no reply as yet. I have now stopped using Collaid Silver spray now. Maybe my post should be removed.
