Hi! I said I’d let you know how my migraines were after starting acupuncture and I can report I’m having a lot less migraines and when I do have one it is of a shorter duration and less severe. Now it could be that the improvement is coincidental or I’m have a sort of placebo benefit because I think it’s working. Who knows for sure?!I have to say what is also key for me and costs very little is to actually just use some self care, so try to do less and relax more. Stress is I believe a big factor in triggering my migraines and other health issues. Hard to escape life at the moment, but when you can duck out for an hour a day doing something you enjoy and let your body and mind reset I believe it really improves your health. Don’t underestimate the value of regular quality sleep and a sensible diet either. Hope you get some relief from your migraines very soon!
Thanks for that , was is Chinese accupunture or Western.I tried it but the lady was more interested in my diet. She put the needles allover the body. Didn't do a thing for .me. where did they put the needles on you ,?. And how many treatments ?
If it is Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma, and you are having migraines and auras, it coud be a sign that your eye pressure is rising.
If you do have this type of glaucoma, I would recommend that you go to the A & E today or, if your hospital has a walk in emergency eye clinic, go there. They can check your eye pressure and treat it.
