In 2016 I was in a relationship that wasn’t healthy. At this time I was thinking about transitioning. And then when it ended I told myself it’s just because she wanted me to.
But I’ve always felt different, I haven’t ever felt comfortable. But I just thought it was self confidence.
But lately I’ve been thinking about transitioning, that maybe that is what is missing for me, that that’s why I can’t feel like myself.
But how? How do you know for sure?
When will you know 100% for sure.

You know in your heart that life is totally uncomfortable in your current gender. It destroys relationships because you are not happy or comfortable with your birth gender. It can drive you to destruction, and it does. Life is just miserable, even though we plod on. Please may i suggest, you must talk to GP, let your self be referred to a gender specialist. Be honest and strong about your life, feelings and hatred of body. They will help you understand your feelings. Do you have a local trans or LGBT group to meet up and discuss your worries? Try to create a blog, to put down your feelings, and your thoughts. It can be extremely distressing though, even triggering, reliving old memories. But it will help you to be strong to follow your heart and become the real you. Explore your thoughts with confidence and be proud. But dont try to go to that path on your own, carehugs to help 🦄💪
GPs can be difficult. Even more difficult to talk to. But i strongly recommend a chat with yours. Have you spoken to someone on a Trans support line to discuss matters? Could be of great help x
