Can someone provide a checklist of options. My doc sees aspergillosis in my lungs per the fungal report but is very hesitant to treat it.

Pulmonary aspergillosis is a hugely complex disease so there really isn't a single procedure to diagnose and manage it. Your respiratory doctors are best placed to advise you.
