I have these 2 round red spots that came up a few weeks ago but went away on there own. the spots are back in same place and they itch

I had red itchy spots on my arms that would come and go. Took several doctors and quite some time to diagnose. Turned out to be skin Lupus they believe caused by sun exposure. Doesn't mean that is what you have but you should have it diagnosed. Best of luck to you.
