Well, as far as I understand it, IgE normal is you're not allergic. Not sure about IgM. Google it.

My IgE was sky-high and I had suspected ABPA, with a huge fungal ball in my right bronchus. Now rediagnosed as (very similar) allergic tracheobronchitis.

Does that help any?

IgM is predominantly a sign of infection. .Slightly positive suggests that you have, or had recently an infection of some sort. This is perfectly normal and a sign your body is fighting the infection.

IgE tends to respond to allergic reactions - of which you have none at the time of the test.
