Can my dog with Aspergillus Fumigatum infection pass this on to our other dogs, or ourselves?

Not sure, but having the Aspergillus has to do with the immune system being compromised. I would think that if one's immune system is in good working order it is safe, not contagious. On the other hand long time and high level of exposure may not hold this true.

No. Infection is the result of the circumstances of the individual, not usually the presence of fungal spores - those spores surround us every day regardless of the presence of an infected individual.
