What is the best way to clean the area infected with these spores. What health problems arise for the people treating the infected objects ?

This is a vast and complicated question to answer and you haven't given many details to describe what your situation is.

If you have a fully functioning immune system and don't suffer from respiratory illnesses such as asthma or allergy then it is not likely that you will become ill from breathing in mould spores.

However if you are spending large amounts of time (eg living permanently or working 5 days per week) in a damp building that is showing signs of mould growth then it isn't going to be good for your health as a variety of respiratory conditions can appear in both adults and children

There is a huge amount of information here euro.who.int/__data/assets/...

But you may find the following more digestible epa.gov/mold/ and aspergillus.org.uk/newpatie...

I hope that helps
