Hi Bullet275, I have Psoriatic Arthritis that affects the tendons in my feet and every other part of my body with tendons just a (nightmare). I find that flat sneakers with a drug store purchased insert made for plantarsfacitis has helped me (full length) is better the the half length inserts, in my opinion and either way you need to remove the original insert or you feel like you have high heels on (ouch).

Hi, I found an insole bought at Boots chemists helped immensely...problem was resolved almost immediately.

Me too. I have them in all my shoes now. Sadly can’t wear sandals!

What helped me is toe shoes (like Vibram brand). I wore them around the house for an hour a day the first week and then increased my time. I got up to about 3 hours per day. Once my symptoms stopped, I continued using them for another month. Then started decreasing my time. Now whenever I feel any hint of pain in my feet I just start using them again. This was a huge relief for me. I know one person who now wears them all the time since it cured his plantar fasciitis. However, my mother took private pilates lessons to fix her plantar fasciitis. Good luck!
