Do you have speech problems with your fnd , I had a stroke like system a couple of weeks ago but without the stroke and its left me having difficulty talking ,I have to think what I'm trying to say and getting the words out is difficult but I've noticed my mind feels empty, I can be walking around in a dazzs just like I don't know what I'm doing, it's very worrying for me .

Instead of putting pressure on yourself trying to think about something, could you listen to a familiar song and sing along with it. It human to forget things, I was only just in full throttle of a convo with my friend and had to ask my friend to repeat what I said as I had drifted off subject and couldn't recall the whole purpose of the line of dialogue.
