When I gave a talk about FND to a medical centre they took everything in well - especially as they had one of their care team with FND movement disorder. When I did the part about FND seizures there were many eyebrows shot up with looks of shock and surprise. They had several patients with FND seizures and were surprised them to be told that they were actually ill. It helped to tell them the fact about FND and epilepsy where 70% of known epileptics intubated for being in "status" were actually having FND seizures.
