Sharp needle pains am twitching muscles.

Hi everyone, I hope your enjoying your weekend.

Can anyone please tell me if they have these systems an what they do for it? As I mentioned in my introduction, I'm only new to this condition an was only dignosed. I won't see my neurologist till end of next month an my GP is not upto date on FND she only heard of it. Im awake all night with horrible unvoluntery movement all over my body that the fibromyalgia combined with M.E causes the last 20years but now these very sharp nerve stabbing pains that just randomly pick a location to stab me in has started. Also where it was just my right eye that keept twitching now it's both eyes are like a moveable mirror you move up an down . I can't seem to get it to stop and it's when my eye lids are closed and it's making me so dizzy it was hard not to screem out when it started to happen at 2.00am . Can anyone advise please?. An if this is the special weekend holiday that we have here in Ireland .I'm sorry to have to disturb you with this and I wish all of you a wonderful special weekend. Keep strong an I will too. Sorry I can’t offer much advice. It’s a nasty illness and cruel. Hopefully someone else can offer advice. There are more active groups for FND on Facebook that might help. This is a good one

Hi thanks so very much for your support and time Lulu.

Unfortunately I can't log into Facebook just yet as I'm physically not upto it. You see I run a physical health support group for years now and still have over 900 members. An when I log on to Facebook I have to go to my group an be there for a number of hours to support and advice my member friends on information to help them . I have not been on properly since Christmas and a very dear friend is running it for me so we don't let down any more members. I had over 1.200 members before my physical health started getting worse . But I will look into your link and the Facebook links another kind member here gave me. Hello, yes I get exactly the same. I feel exhausted, think I deserve a good nights sleep and can't sleep. Then I get twitching And needle like pains in my spine in my hand in my fingers and my toes as if I've walked on a pin.

It's a horrible condition, that takes you by surprise, I am still researching and told it is like a brain injury, where my brain sends the wrong messages

So sorry you get such uncomfortableness also like others here an myself. I am researching at the moment, and u have also had a conference call with two friends who are medical professionals that would of linked in with me when I use to run my business of health holistic Therapy and Counciling service and they are going to try get me some updates .🤗
