I just came across an app that breaks down housework into 20 min blocks with a timer and a bit of fun humour too! If you go to the website unfuckyourhabitat.com/

You can download it for about $2.

The website is made by and for people with chronic illness and mental illness, so knowing that, the humour really made me laugh - at myself!!!! Because I do the unhelpful things to myself it was talking about.

I will warn you that it contains swearing, but it apparently has a non-swearing version too.

It really made me laugh, and I am going to try it out because I am rubbish at energy conservation!
