How do you find replies to your questions? I get email with start of answer, click on it, but when on this site I can't find it. Pls help?

I had such thing only once, with the post of a lady who found her own diagnosis of mineral insufficiency. By some reason, she deleted her post. Do you have difficulties with the same post?
