I don't know what to think anymore?

Well it's been a long time coming I've had deep thoughts about my health I suppose deep down I new the out come , yesterday I received a copy of my health report that my company requested, I it started that I would not be able to continue with my current job ,and it's suspected that I won't ever work again , seeing in writing is heart breaking 💔 .I've still got 5 years to I retire so it's looking like I need to just rest until I can get my retirement in 5 years . 😭
