Me too going through mental illness at the moment and I am still going out no matter how I feel I'm not going to stop and stay again home I have to keep on going out no matter how I'm feeling I got to keep on step by step baby steps going slower than I have been going but give ourselves time and pace and embrace it and do the best we can do and even though its getting worse it will get worse before it improves but that's why we need to be strong and fight the struggles and battles of life and go through these is to keep on going to do our best we can do even though we are at our worse we can conquer it all if we just keep going step by step baby steps without giving up. I don't know how I got through today but I did by keep going step by step that's the only way is to be strong is to keep on going strong.
