At the moment I am not working because of my condition.

I felt a lack of support from my manager.

He didn't call or sent a message to check how I am coping with it.

Hi me again, I think i had contact with my work but i cannot actually remember where i work . I remember people thinking i was drunk(do not drink) and was once followed into my local shop by the police as they thought i had escaped from somewhere(lol). People just don't know what to say or do because they do not understand, i have no problem telling people what it is and as many people have said on the page and the HOPE page the hardware (body) is ok but its a problem with the software(brain, nerves). I found it so strange at first I could walk backwards and sideways but not forward , i neurophysio to relearn how to actually walk again and although it has improved (about 60% of normal). as i said before get your GP practice to work for you, i all ways just ask what is next and where do we go from here and mine seem to want to help even though i am not sure they really understand it . good luck. kevin
