Hope everyone is doing ok?

It’s been a while since I posted on here, and I’d like to mention the 2 people that replied to my last post but tbh can’t remember who they are🤷🏻‍♀️.

I’ve had physio and that has helped with my walking and my headaches had eased and I felt free and wasn’t walking around like someone was whacking round the right side of my head with a lump of 4x2. I do have good days and bad now rather than bad days every day so on the good days I do as much as I can (I’ve been told not to do this) the trouble with that is it leaves me not knowing my arse from my elbow for a good few days after. Good job I have a sense of humour or as the neuro psychologist described my to my partner “ child like and vulnerable”😆. My partner has band my from the kitchen due to breaking things, burning myself and serving up burnt or raw dinner’s, as I’m writing this he is listening all the things that I do.

I’m going to stop writing now as I’m struggling and if anyone is like me they’re bored.

Take care people xxx

😩 I had just written a really long reply to you, then my finger had one of it spontaneous movements and lost the bloody lot🤬 and now I can’t remember what I said, double 🤬🤬. Does your body twitch spontaneously? Do you suffer with headaches too? At the moment I’m taking amitriptyline 30mg at night worked at first but I’m suffering more again. My right side is starting to play up again, maybe the migraines and the numbness are connected. Have you ever been paralysed? It’s happened about 3/4 times only for seconds and I know it’s happened so not a blackout. And my memory is shite also my hand eye coordination. My partner says he knows when I’m having a bad day because he hears my voice changes when he calls me. I’m going to have to stop writing now its becoming a massive task😴, it was lovely to text you. Look forward to seeing/hearing/ texting??? From you again. Take care my fellow chef🧑‍🍳 .

Hello lovely, have just read your email, yes, there are many twitches, but mainly in my eyes, had a bad accident with them, but thats another story.

I have headaches too, and am tacking 30mg amitriptyline as you, but it has many uses, it is taken for aching legs but also has a calming effect, a lot of our medicines treat many different things. but as you get used to them in a long run, they may need to be upped.

Numbness, pins and needles, and a new one to me, pain in your vains in your hands, all FDN, your blackouts/seizures/ are all FND, yes my memory is shite too, my hubbie is so good, he just says run with it, but it is embarrasing when trying to talk to relatives. My coordination is shot to peices, when we go out my hubbie just drags me along by the hand as i am so frightened of falling, try not to stress too much about what your body wants to do as stress will make everything worse,

BUT HOPE IT HELPS WHEN I SAY THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING DEFINATELY SOUNDS LIKE FND, IT IS A REAL EYE OPENER AS ITS SUPRISING HOW THE BRAIN CAN MAKE OUR LIVES SO BAD.

SLEEP WELL AND TAKE CARExx
